Advanced asset mapping and sophisticated reporting systems were required to reduce downtime while ensuring compliance and safety by adhering to industry regulatory standards.

With the increasing operational demands, our client found the inefficient, paper-based inspection processes problematic as they could lead to unnoticed machine issues. These issues, if left unresolved affected operational efficiency, and overall safety and increased the risk of accidents. The challenge was to modernize their inspection and maintenance approach and streamline data management with strict adherence to safety and compliance standards. Achieving real-time data synchronization, and maintaining data accuracy, can be handled by using Kotlin for Android app development, React JS solved the challenge of having a responsive web interface, and the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) could build a robust backend.
