The objective was to develop a comprehensive suite of audio and video recording solutions that digitizes every event within its scope, ensuring seamless, high-quality recordings in courtrooms, meeting rooms, and training rooms. The electronic note-taking feature allows judges to quickly annotate and reference case details, reducing the effort and time spent on manual note-taking. Business Challenges
The client required a highly secure system where media files could only be accessed through our application, ensuring maximum privacy and security. The solution needed to dynamically adjust the number of audio and video input channels based on the device in use. Despite efficiently compressing the media files to reduce storage requirements, both the quality of audio and video recordings had to be of the highest quality. Another challenge was for converting audio to text and this called for highly precise algorithms.
Solutions Proposed
As part of the solution, we developed custom libraries and packages to ensure the highest quality audio and video recordings. To maintain security, we created a dedicated audio/video player and this ensured that the media files recorded through our application can only be played using our custom player protecting the content from unauthorized access. By employing advanced compression techniques, we were able to significantly reduce storage needs while preserving superior quality.
